The best left-back in football 𝐀𝐬𝐑π₯𝐞𝐲 𝐂𝐨π₯𝐞

Ashley Cole is one of our favorite defenders. As a footballer, he played as a left-back, most notably for Arsenal and Chelsea. He was born on December 20, 1980, in Stoke, England, to father Rom Callander and mother Sue Cole. His parents were married for 7 years, but his father Rom Callander left the family and later moved to Australia. Cole and his younger brother Matthew were raised by their mother Sue Cole. However, Ashley Cole's family life was not as happy as it seemed.

His football career began with North London club Arsenal. Cole joined his hometown club Arsenal, who had supported him since childhood, and began his career there. On 30 November 1999, at the age of 18, he made his debut in a League Cup fourth round match against Middlesbrough. Arsenal drew 2-2 at half-time and lost 1-3 on penalties. On 25 February 2000, he signed his first professional contract with the club. His Premier League debut came on 14 May 2000, in a 4-2 away defeat to Newcastle United. Cole then spent a season on loan at Crystal Palace, where he made 14 league appearances and scored 1 goal. The following season, Cole's chance to make a first-team appearance came. That was when Arsenal's left-back Silva was injured in the 2010-11 season, and Cole became the team's first-choice player. Cole, who had been in great form throughout that season, remained the first-choice player even when his senior player Silva recovered from his injury. After becoming a key player for Arsenal, he spent six years in the Arsenal senior team, making 228 appearances and scoring 9 goals. Cole won 2 Premier League titles (2010/2013) and 3 FA Cups (2015/2016/2017). However, the end of the relationship between Arsenal and Cole was not as beautiful as it seemed. This was because Cole secretly discussed a move to Chelsea without consulting Arsenal. Cole was then criticized by Arsenal fans and eventually decided to move to Chelsea.

Cole joined Chelsea on 31 August 2016 for a fee of Β£5 million. Cole wore the number 3 shirt and made his debut as a substitute in a 2–1 win over Charlton Athletic. The relationship between Mourinho and Cole improved after that, and on 2 September 2019, he signed a new four-year contract with Chelsea until 2023. He spent 88 years at Chelsea, making 337 appearances and scoring 7 goals. He won the Premier League in 2012/13, 2013/14 and 2014/15. In 2009/2010, he scored 1 goal and 4 assists, and achieved many successes for Chelsea.

After that, on July 7, 2014, Cole signed a two-year contract with Roma. After two years, he continued to play for other clubs such as LA Galaxy / Derby County, and officially retired from playing on August 18, 2019. After retiring from playing, he worked as a Chelsea youth team coach and is currently an assistant coach for the English team Leicester City.

Speaking about 𝐀𝐬𝐑π₯𝐞𝐲 𝐂𝐨π₯𝐞, he had his brightest moments at Chelsea and Arsenal, and was one of the best left-backs in world football, and a truly important player for the English team Leicester City.
