Myanmar team was drawn in the same group as Thailand, Yemen, and Iran in the AFC U-19 Championship and drew with Yemen, won against Thailand, and lost to Iran, and advanced to the quarter-finals as second in the group. If they pass the quarter-finals, they will qualify for the U-20 World Cup.

There is no need to talk about that match in particular. In the quarter-finals, Than Paing blocked a pass from Nayin Aung and played the only goal against the UAE team, and they were able to qualify for the World Cup.
